An MMA academy in Perth CBD, M1FC has operated since 1997, making it Perth's longest-running mixed martial arts club. The programme is comprehensive, with a strong emphasis on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, supported by numerous BJJ coaches including Hab Heske, CJ Heske, and Nash Davis. Striking coaches like Dave Tudori and Josh Heske run the Muay Thai and Boxing programmes, alongside wrestling instruction from Ciaran Ball. The club is built on a deep history of combat sports in Perth.
Adults serious about combat sports will find a home here, whether their interest is competitive MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, or Boxing. The club also runs a dedicated kids-classes programme. Expect structured technique classes, drilling, and sparring sessions across the disciplines. While the club has a competitive history, beginners are welcome to start their training here.
